    help. what does x mean? it’s in front of the notes like # exept its a fat little x, I’m not sure what it means..

    does anyone here know if jazz band requires to read staff… or can i ask for tab notes???? i am playing bass in a month for 10 ten because my school does not have a bass guitarist and i said i would go in…. im just learning today and im looking for some info…if someone could help me out thanks….

    @TommyThe DioFan1. Hi. It may be true that the Bass may be easier to get a sound out of if you only play it in it’s most rudimentary form using Root notes, however it’s as hard to master as any other instrument

    I’ve learning to read The ==d== notes from playing piano, but do I need to learn the 3-0-2 notes? I don’t understand them, can someone explain? Or post a link?

    shit i knew all that i was hoping maybe it would have the tabs for all those notes. my new jazz book has no tabs and thats how i learnt to play

    Every note in the musical alphabet. A A# B C C# D D# E F F# G G# A. Also known as the half step scale, 1 fret distance between notes.
